Phoenix Suns’ coach Frank Vogel provided an injury update today on Devin Booker ahead of tomorrow night’s game against the Thunder.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!Vogel said that Booker will be doubtful, likely meaning that the Suns’ star will miss his fifth consecutive game with a right calf strain. Vogel that Booker’s doing some light shooting and did some of the team drill work today, so he’s “getting closer.”
Booker has only played in two of the Suns’ nine games, dealing with three different injuries so far.

Booker was never listed as anything other than out before last night’s game against the Lakers, so this is an upgrade from that designation, pointing that things are beginning to turn in the right direction for him.
He was seen getting a ton of shots up today and sweating heavily after the conclusion of Suns’ practice.
Suns’ fans will not be happy to hear that Booker will likely miss another game, and neither will his teammates.
“Without him, we can’t go where we want to go.”
