Will Devin Booker and Bradley Beal Play Against the Spurs on Halloween Night?

The (2-1) Phoenix Suns are home against the (1-2) San Antonio Spurs on Tuesday, October 31st. The big story line of course is the potential match-up between Kevin Durant and young phenom Victor Wembanyama. This is a great match-up to look forward to but will Durant have the help of Devin Booker and Bradley Beal in this match-up?

Frank Vogel said this at the media availability after practice on Monday afternoon.

Bradley Beal has yet to play this season due to his back issues. Devin Booker only played on opening night against the Golden State Warriors where he sprained his ankle. It is a good sign that he is not just OUT but DOUBTFUL. There is progress being made in the right direction for Booker but Beal’s continued absence may be something the fans have a valid concern about.

The Suns are playing against the Spurs in back to back home games on October 31st and November 2nd. After that they will travel to take on Joel Embiid and the Philadelphia 76ers on November 4th. Of course it would be best if Phoenix is fully healthy for all of the games but that is not on the table. Hopefully Booker and Beal can come back for the game against one of the better teams in the eastern conference in the 76ers.

There is no need for Suns’ fans to panic as these seem to be short term issues for right now. There is still the possibility of Durant, Booker, and Beal playing more than 70 games together during the regular season.
