Following a heart-wrenching loss to Germany in the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup semifinals, the journey to redemption for Team USA in the 2024 Paris Olympics has already begun, with NBA superstars eagerly expressing their interest in representing their country next year.

Among the notable names expected to pledge their commitment for the 2024 Olympics are the dynamic Suns duo, Kevin Durant and Devin Booker.

During the 2021 Olympic games, Kevin Durant led Team USA with 29 points in their 87-82 win over France for the gold medal.

In a recent panel on ESPN, Zach Low gave his ideal starting lineup for Team USA:

  • Steph Curry
  • Jason Tatum
  • Kevin Durant
  • Lebron James
  • Bam Abebayo

And his next three guys:

  • Devin Booker
  • Jimmy Butler
  • Anthony Davis

Suns’ superstar, Devin Booker, has made a noteworthy commitment to Team USA’s cause, expressing his readiness to assume a more significant defensive role in the upcoming 2024 Paris Olympics.

Having secured gold in the past four Olympic Games, namely in 2021, 2016, 2012, and 2008, they have consistently showcased their dominance on the global stage. In fact, Team USA’s gold medal count stands at an impressive 16 out of 20 Olympics since 1939.
