Stephen F. Austin DB Joseph McGinnis II transfers to ASU
Shortly after the commitment of Jordyn Tyson, Stephen F. Austin DB Joseph McGinnis II announced he was transferring to the Sun Devils as well. McGinnis II will also be a sophomore next season. He is from Rock Hill High School in Frisco, Texas. His senior year in high school he recorded 84 tackles and two interceptions.

ASU in California WR prospect’s top five
Class of 2024 three-star athlete Marshel Sanders from Clovis West High School in Fresno, California has Arizona State in his top five schools. Sanders is listed at 6-foot-1 and 190 pounds, and he had 60 receptions, 1098 yards and 14 touchdowns last season. Click here to see his Hudl profile.
In terms of the decision to have Arizona State in his top five, he told 247 Sports, “My oldest sister played basketball here and as a young kid, it has always been one of my dream schools, so getting an offer here was amazing. I can see myself fitting into the type of offense coach (Beau) Baldwin runs. Coach Baldwin was at Clovis West at this mornings workout. I got to talk to coach about scheduling my official pretty soon.”

Arizona State offered class of 2024 wide receiver/ defensive back Faletu Satuala out of Bountiful High School in Utah. He is listed at 6-foot-3 and 195 pounds and regarded as one of the best two-way players in the state. In two varsity seasons, he has 37 receptions for 418 yards and four touchdowns.
