As Game 2 is set to begin in less than a couple of hours, Russell Westbrook seemed to take something personally when a TV reporter was giving predictions ahead of tonight’s Game 2 action between the Suns and Clippers.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe! As Westbrook seemed to be going through warm-up drills before the game, a TV reporter was heard at the baseline giving his prediction on how the Suns will come out to start the game tonight. Which led Westbrook to make a comment on how he feels about it.
“I expect the Suns to come out and try to set the tempo…”
“Good luck.”
Russ was trolling the Clipper sideline reporter 🤣

This is what playoff basketball is all about as the Clippers are looking to shock the NBA world by going up 2-0 against a heavily favored Suns team in round 1 of the NBA playoffs.
Westbrook last game did his part to make sure they got in that position today as he only shot 3-19 but played great defense and racked up 10 rebounds.
5 of those rebounds were on offense which helped his team get second-chance points especially late in the 4th quarter. Westbrook also had a game-sealing block on Devin Booker who was trying to get a quick bucket in the paint. Westbrook has always played with high motor and passion that help feed a team’s energy.
Let’s see if that reporter ends up being right tonight or will the Clippers get off to a similar start on Sunday and get a big-time upset again on a heavily favored opponent?
