Although it was not necessarily a win-or-go home game, there is little explanation needed for how much the Suns needed a victory before heading back onto the road.

While Phoenix opened the night cold, similar to Game One, they were able to turn things around before things got out of hand.

Devin Booker capped an almost perfect third quarter, shooting 7-8 for 18 points. These blazing hot 12 minutes came after a late-second quarter run and a clutch three pointer to send the game into halftime all tied up.

Booker finished with 38  points, his best playoff game since the 2021 NBA Finals.

Torrey Craig also stayed hot with five three pointers; he finished with 17 points on just nine shots.

And Suns fans may have to send a thank-you card to Skip Bayles for his jinxing tweet. Following the “game over” declaration, the Suns went on a run, took the lead, and kept it the rest of the way.

The Suns will now go on the road to Los Angeles as they look to take a 2-1 series lead on Thursday. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:30 PM.
