Shams talked on FanDuelTV about the latest update on Kevin Durant and he has heard that the expectation is for Durant to make his return by the end of March and as early as April.

Durant has only played three games for the Suns since his trade from the Brooklyn Nets a couple of months ago but he has made an impact in those three games.

The Suns as a whole when he has played are 3-0. He is averaging 26.7 PPG, 7.3 RPG, and 3.7 assists per game. He’s also a +15.3 in the plus-minus category.

Devin Booker has been playing incredible basketball. But he’s looked like a top 5 player with Durant next to him in the lineup. He’s averaging 36 PPG, 7.7 APG, and 5.3 RPG. When these two were on the floor together in that small of a sample size, they formed the best NBA duo in the league. It will be cool to see if that can get replicated again.

There is no stopping Devin Booker in March

The Suns are currently 2-4 since Durant’s injury. It will be a big boost before playoffs start if they can be healthy and get valuable playing time on the court together.
