The Suns reportedly offers Chris Paul, Jae Crowder, and other specific picks for Irving.
Based on this it seems like the Nets weren’t interested in the Suns proposed offer and ended up getting a better deal from the Mavericks instead.
Haynes talked about the trade package that the Nets decided to do with Dallas and why they chose it.
”At the end of the day, the Nets felt like the Mavericks had the best package because again it was important to try to keep the team afloat with KD’s arrival coming in the next couple of weeks.”
The Suns were close to getting one of the NBA’s best player’s but it ultimately didn’t happen. Now they go back to the drawing bored with only a week left and still nothing on the Jae Crowder front.
