The Raptors’ president of basketball operations Masai Ujiri was seen walking with James Jones after the game on Monday against the Raptors where the Suns won 114-106. A lot of fans since then have been speculating whether or not a trade is bound to happen very soon.

Anunoby has missed the last two games with a wrist injury and is expected to miss the next two games before returning to the floor. Before the injury, he’s been having a career year. He’s averaging 2.1 steals a game which is a career-high to go along with 0.8 blocks which are also a career-high.

Not to mention, he’s shooting 45.9% from the floor and 36.9% from three while averaging 16.9 PPG, 5.5 RPG, and 2.0 APG. If the Suns want to get a deal done they got everything at their disposal to make it happen.

They have 8 first-round draft picks between now and 2030 and have quality players both in the starting lineup and off the bench that can make it happen. The question that the Suns should be asking themselves is which players are they comfortable with letting go.

The Suns got 8 days to figure this thing out. With the Jae Crowder trade being imminent can the Suns still find a way to get a third team involved to make this trade happen?
