Watanabe went off for 20 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal, and 2 blocks.

He scored a team-high for the game and shot 9-19 from the floor.

The Suns signed Watanabe as a free agent this offseason to help revamp their bench around Devin Booker, Kevin Durant, and newcomer Bradley Beal.

Its safe to say that after todays performance, Suns fans should feel excited about what the team is bringing this year.

What was most impressive about Watanabe in this game against Germany was how he looked on the defensive side. Which is super important to how Frank Vogel wants his scheme to be.
